St. Louis is one of the best cities in the Midwest for running. With Forest Park's 1,300 acres of paths, the 240-mile Katy Trail stretching west from the riverfront, and Tower Grove Park's scenic loops just steps from our store, the options are endless.
The St. Louis running community is supported by organizations like the St. Louis Track Club, GO! St. Louis, and Start 2 Finish Events, who collectively produce dozens of races throughout the year. From the winter Snowball Series through the holiday-season Bad Santa 5K, there's truly a race for every season.
Running Niche is proud to be at the center of this community. Located at 1601 Tower Grove Ave in the Botanical Heights neighborhood, we offer expert gait analysis, personalized shoe fitting, and coaching support through the Lydiard Method.
